Target audience:  superintendents, finance business officials, and board members.  

With unprecedented budget challenges preventing districts from adequately funding improvements take steps to achieve high performance schools.  This Lunch & Learn workshop will offer successful options when challenges preclude the traditional "pass a bond and then build" approach.

·         identify the primary problems

·         utilize Kansas statutes and programs to reallocate  appropriated funds

·         achieve long overdue district facility improvements

·         stretch Bond dollars when Bond issue amount is insufficient

·         fund "Green Building" premium and/or other District WISH LIST items
