If you’re ready to embrace MTSS and take your school through the entire process, we want to help! SCKESC consultants are ready to support your process on-site with a series of meetings that will help you redesign your instruction and offerings for students.  This can be a multi-year process.

Phase 1:  The First Step:
Designed to help schools effectively create a structure to implement a Multi-Tier System of Supports. Schools will be supported continually through meetings and consultation. This workshop is designed to work with your school team and will take approximately five days.

Phase 2: Implementation:
Designed to support schools that have the key components of structuring in place and are ready to implement their plan. Implementation meetings will help teams analyze data, select interventions for supplemental and intense instruction, and improve data-based decision making processes.

Schools may choose a number of ways to set-up the process. Most on-site meetings will take place with a school MTSS team. Consultants will meet with schools prior to beginning the process in order to develop the MTSS process. KSDE Recognized MTSS Facilitators, Lori Jensen and Nancy Fierbaugh, MTSS trainers from Project SPOT, a KSDE supported service, will assist.

Contact ljensen@sckesc.org or nfierbaugh@sckesc.org or call 1.620.584.3300 to establish your process plan.
